– Sustained loss of smell, taste, or appetite

Everyone coming to the meditation will be screened for the above conditions upon arrival.

Anyone with any symptoms of Covid-19 or other communicable severe illnesses will be asked to return home immediately.

You must be physically fit to participate and follow the schedule.

Do not participate if you have a severe mental disorder or emotional upheaval.

You’re asked to commit to the whole process, and partial participation will disturb you and others.

Consumption of alcohol, intoxicants, and smoking is not allowed.

No shorts, tank tops, tights, or revealing clothing.
Bring all items necessary for personal use, such as:
– a meditation seating cushion
– scarf, shawl
– mat, or carpet.
